SPF Feedback Forms for Judges and Clubs

In September the SPF introduced Feedback Forms for use by SPF Clubs and Judges.

These forms are being supplied as part of a one year trial designed to give constructive feedback to SPF Judges visiting our SPF Clubs/Societies, and SPF Clubs/Societies by SPF Judges. The aim of this trial is to improve the Judging experience for Club and Judge alike. The Trial period runs from Sept 2016 till end of Sept 2017.

These forms are intended only for use by SPF Judges and SPF Club Committee members, on behalf of their Clubs. Only One Form per Club, per Judging please. These details have already been supplied to all SPF Judges, Club Secretaries and Competition Secretaries during Sept.
